1. 奖励说明 (Reward Description)

- 所有通过评审的参与者将获得一次性 10 美元等值奖励。

- 奖励形式可能包括：PayPal 转账、电子礼品卡、或 VELOURA 官方商城消费券。

- The reward for participants who successfully pass the evaluation is a one-time incentive of USD 10 (or equivalent value).- The form of reward may include: PayPal transfer, electronic gift card, or VELOURA store voucher.

 

2. 发放条件 (Eligibility)

- 参与者必须提交符合要求的个人作品，并通过 AI + 人工评审。

- 每位合格参与者仅限一次奖励。- 名额限前 100 位通过评审的参与者。

- Participants must submit an eligible work and pass both AI and manual review.

- Each eligible participant is entitled to one reward only.

- The reward is limited to the first 100 qualified participants.

 

3. 发放时间 (Payment Timeline)

- 奖励将在评审通过后的 10 个工作日内发放。

- VELOURA 保留因不可控因素（如支付平台延迟）而调整时间的权利。

- Rewards will be distributed within 10 business days after successful evaluation.

- VELOURA reserves the right to adjust the timeline due to external factors (e.g., payment platform delays).

 

4. 支付渠道 (Payment Method)

- 默认支付方式为 PayPal。如参与者所在地区无法使用 PayPal，将提供等值电子礼品卡或商城消费券。

- 参与者需自行承担因跨境收款产生的手续费或税费。

- Default payment is via PayPal. If PayPal is not available in the participant’s region, an equivalent e-gift card or store voucher will be provided.

- Participants are responsible for any fees or taxes arising from cross-border payments.

 

5. 免责声明 (Disclaimer)

- 奖励为一次性激励，不构成雇佣关系或长期收入承诺。

- VELOURA 对参与者的税务申报不承担责任。参与者需根据所在国法律自行申报。

- The reward is a one-time incentive and does not establish an employment relationship or guarantee long-term income.

- VELOURA is not responsible for participants’ tax obligations. Participants must comply with local tax regulations.

 

6. 知识产权 (Intellectual Property)

- 参与者提交的作品版权归本人所有，但 VELOURA 保留在宣传、培训与销售环节中使用的权利。

- The copyright of submitted works belongs to the participant. VELOURA reserves the right to use them for promotion, training, or sales purposes.

 

7. 条款修改 (Amendments)- VELOURA 有权在必要时修改本条款，并在网站上公布最新版本。

- VELOURA reserves the right to amend these terms when necessary and will publish the latest version on its website.
